             In this meeting that was held in 26th September in council hall of alumni office, Dr. Sayedahmadian secretary of alumni office emphasized on contact with alumni in the form of a network.

                     He added:' a university or a school, likes to know where their alumni are then establishing a network is effective in collecting them'.

                    He continued:'  alumni offices in all of universities around the world, donate many aids to their own universities and also we established a virtual office for introduction of old alumni to students and new generation'.

                   He also added:' this office was setup with effort of Dr. Gatmiri and alumni after retirement can maintain relationships with University and University can compensate deficiencies through their aids'.

                    He also said:'  this office  holds conferences for different years alumni, these meetings will definitely bring many blessings to the university'.

                  He also continued:' this office is contact bridge between alumni and university to solve University problems, specially student field'.

                  He also explained about professor house and European alumni office that has been launched in Budapest Hungary.

                      He also explained  about integrated ceremonies, professional commitment seminar, commemorations of retired professors and knew them as a motivation for returning retired Professors to University.

                       About scientific, cultural foundation of Dr. Bahadori added:' alumni help to University through this foundation and we're spending these aids for equipment  of dormitories.

                    At the end, was appointed to sign a M.o.U between alumni office and Nikan high school to cooperate with each other.
