He asked the representatives of the faculties to reach the best level of cooperation and support in holding the celebration.

Dr. Getmiri emphasized: The representatives of the faculties should also think about attracting financial resources from the companies and the sponsors of the university and do activities in this regard that will achieve the best result in ensuring the quality of holding an integrated celebration. In addition, the Student Vice Chancellor should monitor the capacity of student groups for artistic groups such as music that can be performed during the celebration to be discussed at the student committee meeting and to use these capacities.

Dr. Seyed Mohammad Reza Seyed Ahmadian, Secretary of the Alumni Office, referring to the change of venue and in the university environment, expressed hope that this year's celebration will be held with the utmost merit and dignity of Tehran University of Medical Sciences.

Regarding the guidance of the guests to their seats, he asked the executive officials of the ceremony to divide the individuals into three groups for the graduates, their families and the professors, and to determine the location of each group and to guide them upon arrival.

Dr. Seyed Ahmadian stated: This celebration will be held in two official and unofficial parts, recitation of the Holy Quran, recitation of the national anthem, speech of the president of the university, awarding prizes to the selected graduates as well as top professors, group recitation of the graduation oath and The informal part contains the music performance and holding exhibitions by the faculties.

Dr. Maryam Zahedi, manager of Public Affairs of alumni Office, in a speech referring to the time and place of the celebration, said: "Like previous celebrations, the necessary coordination will be made for the establishment of an ambulance, fire department, food companies' booth to sell their products, etc." And for each of these cases, if necessary, coordination with security will be done. In addition, step by step, the measures taken will be reviewed by the Management and Planning Committee and, if necessary, reviewed.

She added that the deadline for student registration is up to July 6, and after determining the final number of participants, the next steps will be taken by the committee. In addition, the report of the activities and all the programs that will be prepared for holding this celebration will be informed to the officials step by step.

Dr. Amidi, the representative of the medical school, while announcing the readiness of the faculty to hold the celebration ceremony, stated: This faculty will provide you with all its equipments, including its predecessor, warehouse, main door view, VIP location, etc., for the celebration.

Each of the representatives of the other three faculties mentioned that all the capacities of their faculties will be used to hold this celebration and then expressed their opinions and suggestions.

At the end of the meeting, a number of members of the Executive Committee visited the celebration site at the entrance of the School of Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry and Health.
