TUMSAO: in the first coordination meeting about holding 3rd integrated celebration was emphasized on setup pavilions and more coordination in them.
TUMSAO: This meeting was held with presence of Maryam zahedi, public affairs manager of alumni office and a group of alumni office responsible and public relations responsible in different colleges was established in this office in 03.05.2014.
At the first of this meeting, Maryam Zahedi public affairs manager said:’ target of holding lateral exhibition in this celebration is more familiarity of alumni’s parents with alumni teaching, research activities’, she also added:’ international students have a pavilion, it can be a most important factor in familiarity with this part of University.‘
Ms Zahdei added:’ University alumni can register from any level or any course and can register in alumni office site, in informatics pavilion.’
She also added:’ there is a charity in alumni exhibition to help poor and disable people and cooking competition will be established there. Representative in colleges can have a correspondence and consultations with charity centers and amplify this part of celebration‘.
Ms Zahedi added:’ its better that parking entrance must be isolated from main entrance and also a separate entrance has been intended for VIP guests.’ She also said that representative must coordinate with deans, for providing welcoming team.
Dr pourmand responsible of alumni office in evening classes, said:’ we want to express college future programs through LED, poster and pamphlet.’
Dr Javan bakht, alumni office responsible in Nutrition and diet Science College said that many professors’ and students’ books and dissertations will be offered there.
Rahimi kian responsible of alumni office in nursing and Midwifery College said:’ in midwifery college’s pavilion, there are many parts like a part for selling students’ art products, providing CD, students and professors introduction and…’
At continuation of this meeting, was appointed to have a visiting from ceremony holding place and be familiar with pavilions places.
