The appointment of Dr. Khatereh Seilani to the position of the director of the special cares department in educational group of nursing school and the faculty dean's appreciation for Dr. Elham Nawab's efforts

The progress and promotion of the university's position is dependent  on the purposeful activity of educational groups, which, with the benefit of experienced and committed professors, are the origin of  dynamism and scientific growth in the university. In this regard, based on the comprehensive regulation of university management and the directive "The process of proposing educational group managers to the university president" approved on 30.11.2013 and the amendment of the directive approved on 18.02.2018 by the university council, according to the survey conducted and based on the proposal of the honourable dean of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery, I appoint Dr. Seilani to the position of the director of the special cares in nursing training group.

It is expected that during the period of administration, with planning and optimal use of all resources and benefiting from the power of the respected members of the academic staff and dear students of that group, in addition to the duties in the university management regulations, the following matters will be seriously pursued by her:

Planning in the way of establishment the university's 4-year plan

Efforts to maintain and improve the university's superior position in the field of education and efforts to improve the quality of education with the aim of educating students who are scholars, researchers and committed to professional principles.

Serious cooperation with the faculty in the field of development programs in various educational and research fields with an emphasis on improving quality at all levels.

Accompanying and coordinating with other educational groups of the university in promoting education and research

Providing targeted and applied research fields in the group

Planning and creating a suitable platform for moving towards the internationalization of the university

Recruiting academic faculty members who are committed to professional principles

Presenting the annual performance report along with the development plan and announcing the need for manpower and essential resources

The implementation of the above tasks will undoubtedly lead to the growth of the group and will help the university in the path of promotion and excellence. It is necessary to provide a time to send a regular annual report to the honourable dean of the faculty about the progress of affairs, to provide appropriate feedback and help to improve the group. I ask God for the success of you and all the respected members of the faculty and colleagues of the group.
