Dr Bahadori noted:” this University that you have been graduated in that, is the first and biggest medical University and many years is only medical college in our country.”

Head of contact with alumni office said:” other medical colleges were established with effort of Tehran University’s alumni and their children are now ready in this celebration.”

Dr Bahadori said:’ first integrated ceremony of Tehran University Medical Sciences Alumni was held for the first time at the country and University level, in two parts of formal and informal part’, He added:’ separate holding of ceremonies was time consuming, hence in a consultation meeting with head of University we decided to hold a joint special ceremony for all University alumni in one place.’

Head of Contact with Alumni office in Tehran University Medical Sciences added:’ after holding meetings and different studies, it was appointed that first integrated ceremony for Alumni will be held in mabath eve night on 17^th June in University complex.’

He added:’ University and colleges responsible, in addition to presence in this ceremony with wearing formal clothing of University, they accompanied alumni also.’

Veteran Professor of Tehran University Medical Sciences added:’ in this ceremony, Family members of alumni and members of faculty will be invited.’

He continued:’ Holding of integrated ceremony doesn’t mean that students cannot get a separate ceremony for themselves but if they want to hold a separate ceremony, alumni Office will help them.’

Dr Larijani, after congratulation for Mabath eve night, said:” according to the university’s scientific map, 2 scientific maps have been designed, first of all, moving in scientific borders and society health must be provided with help of you.”

Dr Larijani expressed:” This University in addition to activation in medical fields, activates in other scientific fields too.”

He said:” University’s alumni are most important fund for University and maintaining communication with you is our wish and we hope, you can continue your cooperation with university and make great efforts in your life.”

At the end, Head of university appreciated persons that have endeavoured in the field of holding this program.

Also in this ceremony, after donation of graduation plaque to alumni, 8 people of University’s scientists were appreciated. Also there were varied and appealed parts in this ceremony such music, fireworks and oath reading.

It needs to explain that before holding official part of ceremony, alumni and their families visited exhibits of activities and achievements.

 Head of Islamic parliament after congratulation for Mabath eve, said:” I was witness of Dr Dastjerdi efforts in different fields, in compiling of 5-year program in parliament, I appreciate from Dr Bagher Larijani for his efforts in converting Tehran University Medical Sciences to a reliable University in Iran and grew in different fields and I hope to be witness of more promotion in this University.” He added:” It is your honour to have graduated in this University and I hope to use original regulations of medical profession in your life.”

He noted: “tonight is Mabath eve night and after this, if you choose another way for life, resort to prophet for last succession.”

In this ceremony in addition to donation of graduation plaque to representatives of different colleges, was appreciated from 8 persons of University’s scientists, also in this ceremony there was various and appealing parts in this ceremony.

 Health minister said:” I entered to this University in 1354 and I’ve graduated in this University. All alumni are indebted to their parents.”

Dr Dastjerdi emphasized:” professors of Tehran University Medical Sciences are proud of our country and they have converted our university to the best university in the country.”
