TUMSAO News: In this meeting that was held with presence of Dr. Sayed Ahmadian Secretary of Alumni office, Dr. Gatmiri Vice chancellor of alumni office, Ms. Zahedi Public manager and some of proficient.

At the first of this meeting Dr. Sayed Ahmadian Secretary of alumni office, after welcoming to alumni in this meeting, said:’ alumni office is a great bridge between University and alumni. Holding integrated ceremony is a great chance for communicating with this office. Establishing occupational opportunities is one of other blessings for this office.’

He also said that TUMS is one of Unique Universities that could hold integrated ceremony annually and at now, is providing equipment for 4^th integrated celebration. Alumni office secretary noted to held ceremonies, their weakness points and powered points.

Secretary of alumni office expressed:’ Accordance to international ceremonies usually these graduation ceremonies hold in end of school year in renowned Universities around the world. And accordance to held ceremonies in last years, we decided to hold this ceremony indoor.’

In addition to introduce indoor places in Tehran, he expressed that country ministry hall with a seating capacity of 3,500 people is appropriate for holding this ceremony and 4^th integrated ceremony was appointed to hold in birth of Imam Mahdi(AS).

Dr. Sayed Ahmadian emphasized on this issue that this ceremony is one of happiest ceremony for alumni, expressed:’ active cooperation of alumni in this ceremony is one of the most important reason for inviting you in this conference and we hope to hold this ceremony better than past years.’

He also pointed to limited capacity of country ministry hall and their presence cost and added:’ this year compared to last years, we will host smaller alumni capacity and accordance to this issue, alumni who have registered sooner than others can participate in ceremony’.

Dr. Sayed Ahmadian, Secretary of alumni office wanted alumni to help executives of this ceremony in designing statute of leading students and professors.

At continuation of this conference, expressed questions in the field of showman, music group, and financial aids through sponsors were responded.

At the end of this conference was appointed to hold 2^nd conference with alumni in 28^th April in this office.
