3rd integrated ceremony seminar was held
TUMSAO: in this integrated ceremony seminar was emphasized on comprehensive cooperation of students and colleges.
TUMSAO:
This meeting was held in alumni office with presence of Dr Seyed Ahmadian secretary of alumni office, Maryam Zahedi public affairs manager of alumni office and some of alumni office responsible, in 9.04.2014.
At the first of this meeting, Dr Sayed Ahmadian congratulated New Year and reported last session in 1392, on university council. He added that in this session, we could get ceremony holding appointment and even holding place was detected.
He said:’ from each group, one representative must be determined, like as health committee, advertisement committee, informing, disciplines and formality committees.’
He also added:’ at that ceremony, we have some programs like as music play back, exhibition visit, medical sciences museum visit and ....’ He also added:’ we have unofficial part for families in 19 o’clock and official part will be begun in 21 o’clock.’
At continuation of this meeting, he wanted more cooperation from students and colleges.
Ms Zahedi also emphasized:’ Graduations who have graduated with 3 unit can participate in this ceremony. ‘He also added:’ in addition to schools, University IT part has a special pavilion that establish Emails for graduations also we have photography atelier and also one pavilion for selling alumni productions.’
At the end of this meeting was appointed to hold next meeting in next week and review more details and committee members will be determined, also after that audience participated in a ceremony with students and congratulated Noruz.
