 This meeting was held with presence of Dr. Bahadori head of alumni office, Dr. getmiri vice chancellor of alumni office, Dr. Sayed ahmadian secretary of alumni office, representatives of medical school, pharmaceutical school, dental school, nursing and midwifery schools.

Dr. Bahadori expressed hope health problems of society will be solved and we will witness of healthy society. He also emphasized on maintaining relation among alumni and University. He also added that University for reaching to its aims needs alumni cooperation. He also added that aim of this office is beyond current targets and we must identify TUMS alumni around the world.

He also noted to valuable alumni around the world and added:’ among these alumni, there are people, who like to have more cooperation with TUMS and we hope to find a solution for more cooperation.’

At continuation of this meeting, Dr. Gatmiri vice chancellor of alumni office noted to alumni office aims and comparison of this office with successful examples, this office could afford many cultural and scientific activities but unfortunately haven’t entered to many fields.

He also added:’ any idea can be executed only with alumni cooperation, therefore in this meeting we want to hear your ideas.’

At continuation of this meeting, Dr. Sayed ahmadian secretary of alumni office said that University’s alumni are productions of University and added:’ among alumni, there are prominent scientists that try to solve health problems.’

He also added:’ this relation is very important because for reaching effective programs we must have effective relation with alumni, on the other hand alumni can get to know other alumni situation and relation with them.’

Dr. Sayed ahmadian said that aim of establishing this office is ideas registration; he also added that establishing different sites is very important activity, we hope that establishing think tank, using others’ comments are very important and will help alumni office to reach an independent financial point.

Miss Zahedi public affairs manager of alumni office added that suitable conditions for sending Emails have been made. She also added:’ clubs’ representatives can help us in this field and convey our aims and activities to other alumni.’
