TUMSAO: This meeting was held in alumni office, with presence of public relations and affiliated units responsible of TUMS. At the first of meeting, Dr. Bahadori chancellor of alumni office said:’ since the establishment of TUMS, only our school was medical school that was busy in student education and TUMS was established for its activities.’

He also added that history background of medical school showed importance of this ceremony, also added time and place of this ceremony is changeable and it’s accordance to 2 Universities decisions.

He also continued:’ in order to programing and management of ceremony, holding staff in all of schools and affiliated groups for holding this ceremony will be held.’

Chancellor of alumni office said that holding 3-day exhibition, holding a 3-day session with schools’ responsible and holding contemporary cession in closing day of exhibition are another parts of ceremony.

 At following Dr. Parsapour, Public Relations manager said:’public relations team is ready to cooperate in holding this program and I hope it has more successful experiments than past years.’

He also noted to issues in organizers of 2 Universities (TUMS and Tehran University) and added:’ 2 Universities organizers are ready to hold this program in 1.02.2015 and this ceremony will be held in Amini Hall with presence of ministers of sciences and health.’

Public relations manager said:’ Tehran University wants to hold an exhibition near Amini Hall, it’s better to hold joint exhibition and therefore reflection between 2 Universities will be added.’ He also emphasized on colleagues rolls and said:’ it’s a good opportunity, until our important guests can familiarize with 2 Universities activities.’ He also said:’ we have decided that history antiquity of medical school is symbol of University.’

Miss Zahedi Public Affairs Manager in alumni office said:’ we hope to hold this ceremony very well and we must use our experiments to hold this ceremony in a good manner.’

She said:’ within meetings with Universities responsible, executive targets were determined and in alumni office meetings, committees and their duties have been detected.’ She expressed:’ one of our great programs is appreciation from emeritus and pioneer professors and for selecting them, appropriate policies will be communicated to schools.’

She also said that advertisement has been started and all of schools can be active in this field, all of information and history issues, can be used and advertised. Public affairs manager said that we must use old pictures for expressing University antiquity and wanted all of colleagues to cooperate in collecting them.

She expressed hope that holding this exhibition can express University’s services and their forces very well and at the end of her speech, said:’ holding this ceremony is not a Symbol for University merely.’

Hasan pour vice chancellor of TUMS noted to good experiments achieved in last exhibition and added:’ appropriate coordination for holding this ceremony for two Universities will be done and results will be announced very soon.’

He also added that Friday prayer place is appropriate place for holding this ceremony and said:’ guests’ presence in this ceremony is very valuable and we must use this opportunity for expressing University plans and its achievements.’

Holding TUMS courses and selecting a good slogan for this ceremony, making attention to science city, inviting University’s charity, showing past and present responsible, introducing registered innovations and many other things are the most important issues that have been expressed in this conference.
