          This meeting was held in 09.10.2013 with presence of alumni office responsible.

at the first Dr Bahadori, after thanking to colleagues and responsible for holding second alumni integrated celebration, said:’ great celebrations with high responsibilities encounter with many problems and these problems are not only related to our ceremony but also they’re occurred in great universities.‘

Dr Bahadori emphasized that statistics and information related to participants, alumni and their parents will be written and be delivered to head of University.

He also added:’ what to be considered is appropriate advertise and we must search main solutions, because appropriate advertise for absorbing audience is very important‘. He noted to covered hall of Azadi training complex and added:’ because we hadn’t appropriate place therefore, we decided to hold this celebration in out of University. But holding of this ceremony in a place related to University is an important issue that we must note to it.

Head of contact with alumni office said about special ceremony for appreciation from celebration responsible with presence of heads of University and added: ‘this celebration was held with efforts of you and I hope other ceremonies will be held with your empathy and cooperation. ‘

He noted to 4^th professor Yalda congress and said:’ this congress contains 3 main parts: 1. Inauguration part, 2. scientific part, 3. closing part and alumni office has undertaken main part of this ceremony and wanted from alumni office responsible to cooperate with alumni office responsible.’

Dr Gatmiri said that poor selection of holding place of this celebration is main factor of alumni dissatisfaction and added:’ I think that holding this ceremony in an appropriate place promotes ceremony glory. Totally I can say that place selection and minor management of training complex was weak point of this ceremony.’

He said that holding of this ceremony in unfamiliar places is very mistakable and added:’ I think that in spite of shortages in celebration, this celebration is one of greatest and finest ceremonies in University.’

In another part of this meeting, Dr sayed Ahmadian secretariat of contact with alumni office said:’ for more welcome of alumni, this year we want to use panel for informing.’

He added:’ University’s informatics colleagues have been trying to solve the problem of server and in a short time it will be solved.’

Secretariat of alumni office said about alumni celebration in past year and added:’ picking the chairs and providing appropriate atmosphere were energy consuming.’ He said about problem of hall audio problem and delay in celebration beginning were most feedbacks.  In great celebrations, keeping others satisfied is very hard but we want to collect others views to program future celebrations.

 Dr Mosafa said that hall audio problem and delay in holding celebration were most important problems in this celebration. He emphasized on appropriate guide boards in celebration place.

At continuation of this ceremony, Ms Zahedi noted to holding of newest achievements in medical science with retraining score 12-16 said:’ domestic and foreign professors will participate in this congress with their newest achievements.

She also said that dissatisfaction participants, added:’ many of them for using transportation have not been registered. Therefore some problems were occurred and this problem established some problems for guests.’

At the end of this meeting was appointed to hold another meeting with presence of head of university to appreciate from celebration responsible.
