He added: "I think we should prepare packages so that we can develop our services because we still have many accommodation problems and by creating these packages and doing them, we can take many steps."

Dr. Pourqarib continued: 'Also, by forming an association such as the 'Parents and Teachers Association', we can benefit from the help of students parents who want to help the university '.

He added: "In order to provide services to retired faculty members, we can also provide them with the Chamran Cultural and Sports Complex on Thursdays or Fridays so that they can use the services there on a weekly or monthly basis. This will bring them closer to university.

Dr. Ebrahim Razmapa, responsible of Alumni Office and the house of professor in Imam Khomeini Hospital, said: "The coordination with one of the veteran graduates for the reconstruction of a part of Imam hospital was unfortunately not done due to a series of problems and we are trying again.'.

He continued: "I suggest that we seek help from students' parents to attract financial aid to the university. There are parents who want to help but do not know how to do it, they should be directed to this position."

At the end, Dr. Muslim Bahadori, the head of the office, said: "In our country, unlike European and American universities, students study in public universities freely while there is this case and also some aids are provided through students' families.'

He added: 'Of course, many students at public universities are from poor families and do not have tuition fees. Some of them even work at snap to cover their expenses." One of the important programs of this office is to be an auxiliary arm for the student deputy in resolve the needs of dormitories, students financing  and transportation costs'.

Professor Bahadori said: We have programs to use the aid of veteran and interested professors. Of course, we also have problems with retired professors, because they leave the university after retirement, and in this regard, we are trying to bring them back to the university by opening professors' houses in hospitals.

He stated that most of the buildings of the TUMS are dilapidated: Most of the buildings of the university hospitals are old and this is a weakness for the university.

Professor Bahadori continued: "Prepare these packages by the end of June so that we can review and approve them in a meeting. Regarding the service to retirees, you can also register in hospitals through the professor's house'.

He continued: "By preparing the protocols by early July, we will try to achieve these things this summer." Of course, starting any program has problems, but we can solve them with my colleague efforts. Our office has a definite structure and all this can be done easily through this office  .
