TUMSAO: with effort of international deputy of medical school and with cooperation of cultural deputy on the occasion of 3^rd year of Urseren's Global Network for Educational and Scientific Research, was held scientific & cultural program with issue of ‘from science to action’ on Sunday in 31^st December in University hall.

Dr. Nima rezaee international deputy for medical school said:’ 2 past years in this day, we invite one percent of our scientists and announce that what programs will be done in 2 next years, fortunately we were ahead of our programs until now.’

He added:’ fortunately 62 research groups and more than 5899 scientists are  member of Uscern group.’

He said that more than 50 memorandum of understanding have been signed added:’ 30 offices have been named as UScern Network.’

Dr. rezaee added that 1^st congress was held in our country and said that winner of noble prize were at this congress.

He added:’ this year, 2^nd congress will be held in Ukraine with presence of 2000 scientists and next year this congress will be held in Italia.’

He said:’ its idea is begun from our country and is welcomed by the world & is done in other countries.’

He likened this movement to group flight of lover birds that fly to high climax humble. He added:’ in today, 4 experts in panel of action to science disputed and 6 lectures will be unveiled In the name of Miniature.’

He expressed the hope that, with proper support, the UCSN network would once again receive its own place as a science foundation that could play a role in science policy in the world.
