Can you explain more about childhood and education course?

I was born in Dashtestan, my parents’ welfare level was low I passed my high school in Bushehr and I selected medical course in TUMS, I was representative at student course.

Can you explain more about your professors? Which of them had with you intimate relations?

I had good relations with professors, but I had intimate relations with Prof. Yalda, Prof. Sham’s shariat and Prof. Aghighi. They were my guidance in my life. In terms of moral and educational characters, I tried to be like Prof. Yalda but I could not be successful completely.

Why had you selected E.N.T specialty?

After public medicine, I should go military service after that I caught a good score in specialty trial, after consultation with my friends I liked E.N.T specialty.

Please talk about your selection as faculty of E.N.T in Imam Khomeini Hospital (RAH)?

After passing resident course in Shiraz University I decided to work in my city and after some years, I passed a one-year course of head and neck surgery after that I sent a demanding mail to Tehran University and I worked there from 1991 as faculty member. We had honorable professors there like Dr. Khorsandi, Dr. Borghei and Dr. Kheradpir.

Why dose E.N.T course has progressed in Imam Khomeini (RAH)?

Because of presence of professor Yalda, Dr. Borgheii, Dr. Khorsandi, E.N.T part has progressed very much and they are our moral, scientific patterns. All of my colleagues are elite and all of their surgeries are top ones.

What’s your advice for youth who enter in medical field?

I am in love with medical field; my life and my occupation are blended together, my advice to young medicines is that they must have moral commitment to their treatment occupation like their practical patterns; another point is that medicines mustn’t enter to politic field, because these issues prevent servicing to people.

Can you explain occupational commitment in medical field?

I think, medicines must accept all of validities and problems like financial problems of course when a doctor performs his duty very well, financial problems will vanish. Of course medicines must accept financial shortages, nevertheless mustn’t enter to this field because our main aim is treatment of patients.

            What’s your advice for alumni?

At now I’m 62 years old and I’m youngest retirement faculty of TUMS and I’m honor of this issue and recommend to all of you that do your works honestly, we will be successful definitely and Tribute all of retired professors of Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
