Dr. Youssef Memari, an outstanding face, surgeon and ophthalmologist, writer and poet of Ardabili, passed away
The body of Dr. Youssef Memari, a physician and poet of Ardabili, after praying by the representative of the leader in Ardabil; He was buried in the glorious plot of Behesht Zahra Cemetery in Ardabil.
Dr. Yusuf Memari was born in 1941 in Pir Abd al-Malek neighbourhood of Ardabil. He completed elementary school in Sanaei Elementary School and middle school in Safavi High School in Ardabil, and then graduated from Tehran University Of Medical Sciences with the degree of Medicine. He specialized in ophthalmology and returned to his home town. He practices medicine freely for many years with faith. His office was a refuge of poor. He examined and operated poor for free. In addition to medicine, Dr. Memari is also famous in various cultural and artistic fields. "Translation of Khayyam's quatrains into Azerbaijani Turkish", "Kanzalbeka in the mourner of the Imam Hosein", "Lost memories" are among the works of this outstanding master.
