TUMSAO: At the first of this meeting, Dr. Bahadori chancellor of alumni office emphasized on magnificent holding of this ceremony and added:’ it’s better we establish a special committee in all of schools, for holding this ceremony and with coordination dean of schools, we can follow up their activities.’

He emphasized on regular meetings and said:’ issues that are collected for exhibition’s pavilions must absorb visitors and they can familiar with their activities’

Dr. Bahadori, wanted alumni office colleagues that in addition to cooperate with central office, try to determine pioneers for appreciation of them and invite alumni for more cooperation.

He also added that they must have effective advertisement through alumni site and said:’ It’s better that we understand Tehran University programs for holding 80^th anniversary celebration and an executive program must be determined, after that we can hold this ceremony very well.’

Dr. Gatmiri vice chancellor of alumni office said:’ if organizers have appropriate informing and advertising, responsible will like to cooperate more and most of them will participate more and more.

He also emphasized:’ if schools like to hold their meetings and conferences in medical school halls, they can inform their meetings to secretariat for more coordination.’ He also added:’ if alumni associations like to hold conferences, they can familiarize alumni with University’s history and achievements in addition to this, these associations and exhibitions, will have more audiences.’

At continuation of this meeting Ms. zahedi public affairs manager, noted to 75^th anniversary of university establishment and said:’ fortunately that ceremony had good experiments and we hope to hold splendid ceremony like past ceremony.’ She also added:’ part of this coordination will be done with cooperation of alumni office.’

At continuation of this meeting, she explained activities of executive, technical, advertisement and secretariat groups and added:’ all of responsible of alumni office are members of executive and advertisement groups and medical school regarding to be the host in this ceremony, they will activate in cooperative and technical committees.’

She added:’ initial correspondence for participating in exhibition and informing has been done and next week, we’ll have a meeting with alumni office responsible and representatives of affiliated Units.’

At continuation of this meeting, she expressed:’ according to decisions in last meeting, schools’ atmosphere will be rearranged’, after that one poster related to this ceremony was presented. At continuation of this meeting, office responsible expressed their comments and was responded to the expressed questions.

At the end of this ceremony, staff committee members for holding this ceremony was determined and was debated about their duties.
