This session was held with presence of Dr. Bahadori head of alumni office, Dr. Sayed ahmadian secretary and MS Zahedi public manager of alumni office, some of responsible and some proficient of alumni office and schools on Monday 17.04.2017 in alumni office.

At the first of this meeting, Dr. Sayed ahmadian after welcoming to the audience said:’ Alumni office plays role of Contact Bridge between University and alumni.’ He also added that TUMS is one of unique Universities that hold integrated ceremony which this year like as past years want to hold this ceremony.

He also said that:’ with regards to integrated ceremony in great Universities, are held at the end of school year, time of holding this ceremony is like other school. But reason of simultaneity with Ramadan, time of holding this ceremony is set to after Ramadan month.’

Zahedi public manager of alumni office expressed that:’ this celebration is one of happiest celebration in TUMS and we invite all of you for consultation and holding this celebration at the best level.’

After expressing student comments, was decided programming about holding this celebration is done and place of this ceremony was decided to be held in hall of country ministry.

Dr. Noruzi manager of artistic affair in deputy student said that in regards to experiences of student groups, cooperation with artistic student is very important and in promotion of quality of ceremony is very important.

At the end of this meeting, Dr. Bahadori head of alumni office said that this ceremony does not belong to any school and aim of this ceremony introducing proficient that have educated for servicing to society.

He also emphasized that TUMS’s students are the best students in Iran and maintain their sign of graduation from this university, and must regard to cloth of graduation.

At the end of this meeting some questions were expressed in behalf of audience and decided to be held second meeting on Monday 24.04.2017.
