According to the public relations report of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, in the first coordination meeting of the social and political crises committee in hospitals and colleges, Dr. Hossein Ghenaati, the president of the university, said: "In recent crises, there are different views, opinions and perceptions and Of course, I look at it as an opportunity and I believe that it has caused internal dynamism and mobility and the country is moving towards its reconstruction.

He called necessary the correct management of challenges in the society  and said: if every challenge is managed correctly, it becomes an opportunity for leap, growth and common understanding of society's problems.

The president of the university called the correct diagnosis and determination of the correct solution as the way out of the problems and said: in the recent incidents, it was very important to distinguish the good from the bad. In this regard, it is necessary to pay attention to internal factors and problems, and there are definitely some inefficiencies, corruptions, and lack of meritocracy, but the limits should be determined and we should try to fix them. This is how we look in science. Paying attention to the truth and law-abiding policy has good effects on the society.

He stated that proper analysis of protests requires intelligence and proper understanding of the situation and added: Iran is much better than other countries in terms of meritocracy and democracy and looking at these protests requires a lot of intelligence.

Dr. Ghenaati considered Tehran University of Medical Sciences to be a leading centre, model and cradle of the country's health, whose decisions and activities have an impact on the society.

The president of the university stated: If our universities are on their optimal path, they can be very effective in the society. We want the initial ideals of the revolution to be implemented and man to return to his dignity. the industrial world unfortunately also has problems and deviations that must be taken into account.

He called the biography of Maulana, Hafez and Iranian Islamic culture as a culture that can be spread to humanity and said: "Throughout history, we have not bowed down to force and we follow the path of Hazrat Ali (A.S.) who puts himself before the judge for investigation." These are issues that should be considered by everyone.

Dr. Ghenaati emphasized the need to resolve the differences and said: Our goal is to invite different tastes and faculties in the committee to be a representative for different tastes and views. Differences should be investigated in these committees and threats should be turned into opportunities.

He added: This is a necessity that we must get out of the deadlock of problems through collective consensus and show the world that with Iranian intelligence, we are able to get out of crises and we can solve problems in the best way.

The president of the university considered the presence of the students in line with efforts to calm the atmosphere of the university and stated: I stood at the head of this university and spoke to the students; I heard their problems to calm the atmosphere. The university environment is not secure, but we are managing it. If you want to have a law-abiding policy in the university, we must emphasize the implementation of the law but there will be no end to breaking the law.

In the end, the president of the university pointed out: the establishment of the crisis committee in the faculties and hospitals is an opportunity to open the dialogue in the university and reduce the damage.

In this meeting, the founding board of the crisis committee was formed and it was decided to hold meetings to determine the constitution and working limits of the committees.
