First meeting of income workgroup in alumni office
TUMSAO News: first meeting of income workgroup was held with presence of Dr Bahadori, Dr sayed ahmadian, Maryam zahedi, Dr Monsef, Dr pourmand, Eng. Zarrin, in 11.12.2013, was discussed about cooperative company.

TUMSAO News: In this meeting Dr Bahadori, head of alumni office said:’ one way to be independent of alumni office is establishment of one store and it can be a source of revenue for the office, like as works done in Harvard and Stanford Universities.’ He also said about recreational tours in the university and added:’ at the first it’s better to identify interesting places in the University until in next step we can take audience to these places.’
Head of alumni office said that establishment of scientific chairs named as professors is one of important works in this office, and added:’ this work is one of our appreciations from these scientists, and this work is very usual in USA and Europe. This work is a great service for University and its better to bear costs in behalf of University’s alumni to compensate their efforts.’
In a part of this meeting, Dr Saied Ahmadian said about establishment alumni office that in a meeting with head of University, it was decided to establish a foundation under university and we can cooperate with this foundation. He said about establishment of alumni cooperative company and added that this is a first step. Secretary of alumni office added:’ this cooperative company contains founders and trustee board, and it can activate in many fields like as research, teaching and marketing. Of course teaching activities can contain Supplementary educational centres such as University Jihad, he also said about loan donation through banks, selling productions with university mark and establishment of private hospitals, as appropriate ways for cooperate with alumni.
Dr Saied Ahmadian said about establishment of some teaching workshops in close future and also said about dispatching especial groups for determining hospitals needs in the field of workshops. He also said about membership cards:’ these cards must be applicable and must be in such manner that alumni can benefit to its facilities.’
Ms Zahedi, Manager of public affairs said:’ integrated celebration is a good opportunity for marketing and we can sell office’s productions.’
Dr pourmand responsible of alumni office in overnight course said about revenue produce ways:
- Holding teaching private and public workshops.
- Absorption of financial aids from alumni in abroad.
- Holding conferences with presence of scientific and rich people.
- Bilateral cooperation with organizations in the field of remedial services for applicants.
- Establishment of alumnus monument with his/her espence in the university musum.
- Printing memorial tablets with alumni expense.
- Holding recreational tours with alumni expense.
- Holding especial festivals for cherishing pioneers with target of financial absorption in out of University.
At the end of meeting, was approved to hold a cooperative company and teaching workshops and was appointed after achieving appropriate licenses they begin their activities.
