Forming of first meeting after holding 3rd integrated ceremony
TUMSAO: At the first meeting after holding 3rd integrated ceremony, strength and weakness points were reviewed.

At this meeting that was held with presence of alumni office responsible and committees responsible on Saturday, 31st May 2014 in alumni office, strength and weakness points were reviewed.
At the first meeting Dr Bahadori chancellor of alumni office noted to atmospheric problems that had not predicted and some disorders were established.
He also added that accordance to University president’s comment, supplementary ceremony of 3rd integrated ceremony will be held and appreciation from superior professors and alumni will be done. This ceremony will be held in Tehran heart centre and remained parts will be held.
He also added that main part of graduation ceremony like University president’s speech, reading alumni oath were held very well and many alumni were satisfied but some responsible were decided to hold remained parts of this ceremony again.
He also emphasized:’ accordance to time and budget shortage, this supplementary part will be held without companions but also with gown as entrance license.’
Dr Gatmiri vice chancellor of alumni office added that forecasting is not always exact and added:’ we cannot blame alumni office and even Meteorological Agency because some natural accidents are unpredictable.’
He also added:’ Reading alumni oath was very hard but was done and this led to be taken place 3rd ceremony with satisfaction. ’He added that programming for integrated ceremony was better than past years.’
Dr Saied Ahmadian secretary of alumni office, said:’ most halls in Tehran have capacity less than 4000 persons and alumni can invite only 1 person. For these problems and University president comment we decided to hold supplementary part again in 08.06.2014 in Tehran heart centre.’
Ms. Zahedi added:’ in order to good appreciation from selected alumni and professors we want alumni office responsible to inform all of them.’
At the end of this meeting was decided that more coordination will be done for holding this supplementary part.
