Fourth session of contact with alumni office in current year with session command of holding of 2nd integrated seminar
TUMSAO News: In fourth monthly session of contact with alumni office was held about holding of 2nd integrated seminar.
TUMSAO: This session with presence of Dr Bahadori head of office, Dr Gatmiri vice head of office, Dr Seyed Ahmadian Secretary of office, in 27.07.2013 in order to review of celebration problems was held.
Dr Bahadori noted to financial problems and restricted time, wanted from audience to cooperate in the field of time and place of celebration, audience restrictions, dress distribution and hospitality. He also wanted audience to think about other financial resources such as financial sponsors.
Dr Gatmiri, vice head of contact with alumni office noted to abstraction of 2 Universities and said that legal process has not been ended yet and added:’ most important problem of this integrated celebration is financial problem. He also said that programming of this celebration is financial problems. Naturally students are interested to be graduated from TUMS and want to participate in this celebration.’
He also said about budget allocation for celebration and added:’ perhaps others think that investment for this celebration is not necessary but in fact is not true and this celebration is for graduations and is very important. But it’s important to hold this celebration with better conditions and better programming.’
Dr Sayed Ahmasian secretary of contact with alumni office after explaining of celebration parts of 2nd integrated celebration added:’ quickly after reserving of celebration place, informing will be done on alumni office site.’ He also introduced Dr Behruzi bakhsh as alumni office’s colleague and he hoped to more cooperation in behalf of dentistry school alumni.Dr Akhavan contact with alumni office responsible in health school said:’ more schools counter with budget

Maryam Zahdi, head of administrative affairs of contact with alumni office said that:’ approximate cost of celebration has been done and we have decided to compensate some costs through abroad financial resources.’ She also noted to 1500 registrations until June and we hope to perform this celebration with 2500 alumni.Dr Jamshidi, responsible of alumni office in management school said:’ in spite of not being as a TUMS’s school but many management school’s alumni knew themselves as TUMS’s alumni and hope to participate in this celebration.’
Dr Ahsani responsible of rehabilitation alumni office noted to problems of ceremony holding in Azadi training complexity and said:’ in regard of holding matches in this place at the time of holding ceremony, it’s better to hold this important ceremony in a better place.
At the end of this session, it was decided to express special conditions of celebration in contraction that will be closed with responsible Azadi training complexity, until in days before holding ceremony, we wouldn’t conflict with possible crisis.
At the end of this session, it was appointed to debate about expressed problems in future session and will be expressed results to head of University.
