first seminar with TUMS’s schools represantatives about holding of alumni integrated celebration in contact with alumni office’s amphitheatre on Tuesday, 18^th februry.

In this session, Dr sayed ahmadian, secretary of contact with alumni office after expressing his pleasure for presence of alumni’s representatives said that one of the achievements in holding first integrated celebration was experience achievement for next celebrations and added:’ There is no doubt, using from past celebration experiences will assist us in better performance of next celebrations and what it seems necessary, forming of one committee with presence of alumni and students, because team work elevate ceremony quality, he also said to students that this ceremony holds for you and our target is doing the ceremony less cost, higher quality and more magnificence. Dr seyed ahmadian emphasized about alumni cooperation in holding celebration and emphasized that activities of contact with alumni office is like establishing a tree and you, alumni gave it herbage.’

          Ms Zahedi head of administrative affairs after welcoming to audience and talking about holding the first integrated ceremony of alumni celebration, said:’ past year, Dr bahadori suggested holding of integrated celebration to head of university to exhibit TUMS’s magnificence and with collecting of 3000 TUMS’s alumni to know others that TUMS has the most ratio in training of students from basic courses to specialize.’ He expressed according to doing surveys through planning committee, time of holding of second integrated celebration is 2013.05.02 (teacher’s day). Mr. Zahdi, representative of contact with alumni office in medical school, with providing brief notes from the first integrated celebration, said:’ past year, we had students committee and we used from their potential and expressed presence of 8000 people in the first integrated celebration and expressed some explanations about how to hold celebration of past year.’
