Holding second conference of TUMS alumni inhibited in Mazandaran province
TUMSAO: Second conference of TUMS alumni inhibited in Mazandaran Province was held on Friday in 20th October 2017 with presence of national and international responsible.
TUMSAO: Second conference of TUMS alumni inhibited in Mazandaran, was held in Babolsar City with presence of Dr. Bahador head of alumni office of TUMS, Dr. Ganbabaei deputy for treatment in health ministry, Dr. Nobakht head of health commission of Islamic parliament, Dr. Fallah Governor of Mazandaran, Eng. Valizadeh Governor of Babol and responsible of alumni offices in affiliated schools.
At the first of this conference, Dr. shahabi member of city council of Babol city and responsible alumni office in Mazandaran Province said:’ alumni office of Mazandaran, lunched its activities from 2 years ago and with support of head of Medical Council, a room was allocated to this office I thank specially from responsible of alumni offices that they’ve come from Tehran.’
Dr. Bahadori head of alumni office in TUMS expressed:’ currently we have 13 alumni offices in schools of TUMS and one office in Mazandaran and I’m happy to be appreciated from pioneers who have allocated all their lives to service to patients.’
He added:’ this program has been lunched from 12 years ago with establishment of alumni office in TUMS and we have been able to hold different ceremonies for different alumni groups.’
Dr. Seyed ahmadian secretary of alumni office expressed:’ alumni office in Tehran University of Medical Sciences has been established in 2006 with aim of establishing scientific relations between University and alumni, benefit from alumni talent for promotion of University, Comprehensive support from college graduates, Creation of scientific research facilities at the university and providing welfare and social facilities.’
At continuation of his speech added other activities of alumni office like different conferences of different groups of alumni, holding anniversary ceremony of establishment of University, interview with pioneers, holding commemoration ceremony, holding newest research achievements in medical science congress, holding graduation ceremonies, puplishing newspaper, establishment of the Cultural Foundation of Dr. Bahadori and the establishment of the provincial and international branches of the Alumni office.
At the end of his speech, expressed hope that this ceremony has good results for University and also for alumni;
Dr. Gatmiri vice chairman of alumni office noted to establishment of 1st international branch of alumni office in Budapest and added:’ in margin of 24th nephrology conference 1st European branch of alumni office has been established with presence of Professor Ruziwal head of Nephrology research center in Semolwize University and dr. Hoseini was appointed as head of European alumni office and was provided bilateral cooperation with alumni office of TUMS and Semolwize University.’
Dr. Gatmiri added that for geographical location of Hungary in Europe, contact with alumni from this office is easier and I hope to hold 1st conference of alumni of TUMS inhibited in Europe in there next spring.
Positive point of this program was that Mr. Shojaee was chairman of this program and appreciated from pioneer professor of Mazandaran province.
