Management committee and programming session for 2nd integrated celebration was held in alumni office in 29.07.2013 with presence of Dr sayed Ahmadian secretary of alumni office, Dr Monsef responsible of alumni office in pharmacy school, Dr Akhavan responsible of alumni office in health school, Maryam Zahedi head of administrative affairs in alumni office and others.
At the first of this session, after identifying celebration time in threshold of Imam Reza (al) Milad, Dr Sayed ahmadian remembered past year celebration and added:’ this year, programs are like past year but lecture are less and fun part is more.’ He also said:’ for top students introducing it’s better to deliver this responsibility to schools and introduces to us one person per 100 people. We do this about top professors’
Dr Akhavan noted to this choice index and added:’ we can consider 3 indexes that contain: 1. Full professors 2. Emeritus professors 3.not duplicated’, He also said about invited professors: ‘its better invitation from professors, to be done in behalf of schools.’
Maryam Zahedi noted to professors welcomed to music part in past celebration, said:’ there are companies that support costs and donate some gifts to 
alumni’ she continued: ’with propose of Dr Bahadori, in addition to alumni and their families we have other guests that contain past years alumni, ( for example past 30 years).‘

Dr Monsef, emphasized on students’ enthusiasm in international campus, for participating in international celebration, also campus’s students are always graduated one term after other students, He wanted to import them to this celebration.
