In this conference that was held in Sunday, on 10^th April 2017, in Ibn e sina hall of medical school; he drew an objective picture for goals and aims for audience in this meeting.

He noted to some points in his lecture like thinking out of frameworks. And he added that with selection of convenient aim, we can collect convenient information.

Dr. Jafarian added:’ in life of any person, an unavoidable accident is repeated and this is failure.’ He added that next step is sublimation, we must try to sublimate situation of around of people. We mustn’t forget that changing begins from ourselves. We must be realist. We must see around ourselves and nest we finally determine our aim.

He noted to Hadis from Imam sadegh:’ 3 things prevent from achieving high officials: Low effort, incompetence and laxity.’

At continuation of this meeting he answered to questions like this:’ if we select our aim, wrongly, what to do?’

He answered:’ we need to eye and ear, fortunately in our culture, humans aren’t lonely and our friends make aware from failures.’

From point view of Dr. Jafarian, one person is successful that is satisfied from himself and this internal satisfaction determines that what our situation is.

At the end of this conference, Dr. Nafisi head of medical school praised Dr. Jafarian with donation of medical plaque. This conference was held with aim of motivation and achievements of students and familiarity with real patterns and successful scientific persons.
