         This meeting was held with presence of Professor Bahadori chancellor of alumni office, Dr. Gatmiri vice chancellor of alumni office, Dr. Sayedahmadian secretary and Dr. zahedi office manager and alumni office responsible in hospitals.

          First of this meeting that was held in 11^th January 2020, in council hall of alumni office, Dr. Razmpa head of alumni office & professor’s house in Imam hospital said:’ this office holds appreciation ceremony, from pioneer professors to reinforce their relations with university’.

          At following this meeting, Dr. Sayyedahmadian secretary of alumni office said:’ establishment of professor’s house has many benefits and one of its targets is financial supports from students’.

          He added:’ dependency sense to a hospital that they have been tried there is important and we must maintain their cooperation with university and their hospitals’.

          He added:’ Establishment of alumni office for ‘Ruzbeh doctrine’ and ‘Farabi hospital’ is successful samples’ and he emphasized on reinforcement of relation network among alumni.

          After him, some of alumni office responsible talked about their comments and provided some lectures.

          Then Dr. Gatmiri vice chancellor of alumni office noted to seminar of professionalism in the medical field and said that this seminar is established from 2015 with cooperation of ‘alumni office’ and ‘occupational commitment’ office of Tehran University of medical Sciences and scientific, cultural foundation of Dr. Bahadori; quality level of this seminar is very high and was useful for medical staff and all of expressed topics were applicable and this year this seminar will be held in Imam hospital complex.

         Scientific secretary of 4^th professionalism congress in health system said:’ this congress has divided in 2 parts: scientific and festival parts; scientific part contains lectures of prominent scientists about this topic and in festival part accordance to jury opinion, 5 scientists will be appreciated’.

         At following this meeting, Dr. Bahadori added:’ accordance to expressed problems, I must explain that inauguration of this office was too difficult then for reaching to our aims, we must try very much’.

         He continued:’ retirement is another period of life, in my retirement period I love servicing to our country and other professors must change their vision to retirement period’.

         Hospitals responsible must create a space for emeritus to come back there with encouragement and they must maintain their relations with alumni.

         Head of alumni office expressed:’ you must know that pioneer professors has an important role in maintaining relation among today and future professors. Alumni office and professor’s house are like a bridge for communication among them. With aid of you, these offices have been developed in which we have some branches in provinces and we have some international branches in other countries like Hungary.
