According to the public relations of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Alumni Relations Office, in this meeting, which was held on Saturday, June 19, 2022 in the council hall of this office, Dr. Seyed Mansour Getmiri, the head of this office, reviewed the most important activities for holding an integrated celebration.

One of the most important issues raised at the meeting was the preparation of the initial draft of Cultural Regulations and Professional Coverage. Also due to holding this celebration in the faculties of medicine, health, pharmacy and dentistry, the committee members decided to hold a meeting to coordinate with the security office to do incidental works including setting up booths, reception area and accommodation for students and their families.

Following this meeting, it was decided that due to the large number of university students in the speciality and post-speciality levels and taking residency courses in hospitals, a coordination meeting with senior assistants of different departments and disciplines will be held next week. Also, in the meeting that is held with the students, a student committee should be formed immediately so that the members of this committee, under the management of Dr. Maryam Zahedi, are informed about their duties.

In addition, according to the routine of previous years, the top professors and selected students of the faculties will be honoured, and the names of this office will be announced in correspondence with the faculties.Reading of the graduation oath, live performance of an Iranian anthem, incidental exhibition of the achievements of the faculties are other programs of this celebration that were approved by the committee members.

Other decisions made at the meeting included interviews with deans, field visits by the management committee team from celebration site to develop an executive plan.

The participation of sponsors, pharmaceutical companies, medical equipment and knowledge base was also reviewed.

All the issues raised in the committee meetings will be heard by the president of the university so that with his guidance and consultation, the eighth integrated celebration of graduates can be held well.
