TUMSAO News: At this meeting that was held with presence of Dr. Bahadori head of alumni office, Dr. Gatmiri vice chancellor of alumni office, Dr. Sayed Ahmadian Secretary of alumni office, students’ representatives and assistants’ representatives on Monday 11^th May 2015.

At the first of this meeting Dr. Bahadori said:’ TUMS has an important role in education of professors and assistants around the country. As you know this University is the first University and has the national aspect’. He added:’ TUMS is proud to its students and its professors and alumni office tries to maintain relation among University and alumni and it has programs executing and programming. For doing these activities, we need alumni cooperation.

At continuation of this session, Dr. Gatmiri vice chancellor of alumni office said that aim of our office is more acquaintance between university and itself.’ He also wanted alumni, in addition to maintain their contacts with office, they cooperate more with this office.

At continuation of this session, Dr. Gatmmiri vice chancellor of alumni office, said:’ this office is established for more cooperation among alumni and University.’ He also added:’ this office could establish relation with alumni around the world.’

Vice chancellor of alumni office after talking about their experiments in the field of alumni, said:’ fortunately in this University and office we have many potentials and this cooperation can help us to promote our bilateral connection.’

Dr. Gatmiri added:’ providing and distributing alumni electronic magazine, establishing alumni conference with pioneer professors, establishing continuous meeting with alumni are some of our activities.’

He also added:’ contact with alumni office tries to establish suitable fields among alumni and University.’

Dr. Sayed Ahmadian alumni office secretary, after abstract reporting about past ceremonies emphasized:’ 4^th ceremony will be held on country ministry hall on 2.06.2015. For its restricted capacity we decided to describe determined capacity for each level.’

Alumni office secretary wanted assistants and residents to cooperate more with this office and participate in this ceremony.

Maryam zahedi public affairs manager said that one of our most important role of this ceremony is contact with alumni and added through their information, we acan access them and have a joint cooperation.

She also explained about registration process and wanted them to cooperate more in the field of their friends’ registration.

At the end of this session, alumni talked about pioneer alumni presence in alumni ceremony, collecting complete information in different fields and using alumni experiments.
