Monthly meeting of responsible of alumni offices in schools was held virtually and face to face

TUMSAO: According to the public relations of the alumni office, the monthly meeting of the officials of the alumni offices of the schools was held face to face and virtually on Saturday, May 29, 2021 in the council hall of this office.
At first, Dr. Labaf, responsible of alumni office in the medical school, said: "In the previous meeting of the alumni Office with the representatives of the Schools, Professor Bahadori ordered me to compile a method for making the offices more structured, and I will present a report."
He continued: "The cases that were introduced in the new style sheet have definitely flaws that will be fixed and applied with your consent."
Dr. Labaf added: "Of course, most of the issues raised in this method have been doe and are doing, but the goal is to improve the activities of the offices, for example questionnaires for graduates in which their ability to be able to serve the university.
He continued: "We can request the necessary information from the university graduates from the educational deputy."
Dr. Seyed MohammadReza Seyed Ahmadian, Secretary of the University Alumni Office, in a speech honored the memory of the late Professor Dr. Morteza Mosafa and called him one of the most passionate and hard-working professors of the university and said: The memory of such professors will always live in the minds of students, colleagues and friends.
He continued: "In the program that was designed to vaccinate retired professors, many of our professors were also vaccinated lately. A number of vaccines have remained that we'll plan for them.
Dr. Seyed Ahmadian, referring to the clauses of the instruction provided, made suggestions and said: Of course, each of the clauses of this instruction can have instructions itself, for example, meetings held in schools are better coordinated by this office, To cooperate with the schools in holding them.
Dr. Seyed Mansour Gatmiri, the vice-chancellor of alumni office, mentioned some points about the clauses of this instruction and said: "Of course, almost 80% of the clauses of this method were done automatically, but some things need to be corrected to make better coordination."
He also presented a report on the process of holding the fourth seminar of professional commitment in 2020 and specified: the sessions of the fifth seminar have also started. I have to say that we still have to live with Corona for a few years, so there should be no interruption in our responsibilities, so we should do our work virtually.
He said that attracting financial resources in order to provide physical space for the building of Dr.Bahadori Scientific and Cultural Foundation is one of the most important goals of this office in 2021 and added: about 10 to 20 billion Tomans of financial resources are needed to buy and build the Dr. Bahadori Foundation. Efforts can be made to address this issue through the foundation, alumni offices, and faculty homes.
Fatemeh Rahim Kian, head of the Alumni Relations Office in the School of Nursing and Midwifery, also presented a report on the school's performance in the new year.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Bahadori summarized the issues raised and asked Dr. Maryam Zahedi to send the approved procedure to all offices so that no parallel work is done and all work is done in a coordinated manner.
