At the beginning, Dr. Seyedmansour Getamiri, head of the office, while honouring the memory of Professor Bahadri, said: I emphasize that this office will continue to operate with Professor Bahadri's thoughts, because all of our minds have a legacy of Professor Bahadri's thoughts, which we can credit for a long time from the store of perceptions that came from Professor Bahadri. We were to use as a model and improve ourselves. I hope that with your support and benefiting from the thoughts of Professor Bahadri, this office will reach its lofty goals.

He continued: "Fortunately, serious decisions have been made by the management team of the university to support the office, and by paving the way, they will help to continue the activity and upgrade our office so that Professor Bahadri's ideas come true."

Dr. Getmiri added: In order to hold the ceremonies, programs such as setting up a think room (like-minded club) and electronic communication with many contacts in the country and even in the international arena will be carried out, and after the integrated celebration, we will implement these several projects.

He also stated that providing detailed communication with the graduates is one of the office's priorities and added: These communications will attract the support of the graduates for the logical positions of the office so that it can continue its activities in a wider horizon.

The head of the Alumni Office stated: "Professor Bahadri gave formality and credibility wherever he was present. Certainly, his absence may be a problem for some of our programs, and we must help maintain this credibility in the office."

He pointed out: The thoughts that Professor Bahadri created in our minds are like seedlings that will become more fruitful every day, and I hope that with your help we will be able to fulfil this responsibility well.

In the continuation of the meeting, Dr. Seyed Mohammadreza Seyed Ahmadian, secretary of the office, said: Let's try to introduce Professor Bahadri's Scientific and Cultural Foundation to our friends in all the meetings that are held. Even if we mention the foundation in the integrated celebration, maybe families and friends will show interest in helping this foundation to improve the facilities of the university.

While pointing out the donation of a gift by the foundation to the students on the day of the celebration, in his short report of the field visit to the celebration venue, he gave the correct guidance to the guests, the location of the sponsors to serve food and drinks, directing the vehicles to the parking lot, and providing guidance for the service. health and... emphasized.

Then, Dr. Maryam Zahedi, director of the office's public affairs, said: "I thank God that with the establishment of the alumni office, I had the opportunity to understand the presence of the late professor Dr. Bahadri, and I learned the science of ethics and commitment from him. She continued: "In the office, I follow Professor Bahadri's valuable advice and words to do any unavoidable work, and I will make maximum use of his advice this year to hold an integrated celebration that has been approved by the university president, especially in the absence of Professor Bahadri, the thoughts of the professor are like light for us.

Dr. Zahedi stated: The discussion of the foundation, which the alumni office is in charge of, should continue by holding more meetings. Also, the development of the office should be prioritized to increase the support of the university.

In another part of her speech regarding the supplying of financial resources for some celebration programs, she said: We will try our best to satisfy the students and their families with various programs regarding the integrated celebration.

Dr. Dowlati also stated that I did not receive any salary during the forty years that I served at the university. He said: I always consider myself indebted to the university and I will not hesitate to provide any help I can for this university.

He added: "My biggest wish is the constant support of the university graduates, because in this case, there will be good resources for building dormitories and also providing other needs of students, which I will definitely help in this way."

In addition, Dr. Nima Rezaei, one of the members of Professor Bahadri Foundation, while honouring the memory of professor Bahadri and expressing his satisfaction with the election of Dr. Getmiri to the position of head of the Alumni Office, said: Choosing a worthy person like Dr. Getamiri, who is a student of Professor Bahadri's school, was a worthy choice. . We were all worried that after Professor Bahadri, someone outside of the group would be in charge of this office and he would be a stranger to the professor's goals and ideas, but fortunately, the university president made the best choice.

He added: In my opinion, the capacity of the foundation can be used to do good deeds, even this capacity can be used for a integrated celebration and help needy alumni to participate in the celebration.

Dr. Rezaei stated: In my opinion, the biggest challenge is in the field of effective communication with the graduates. I think the distance between us and the students is increasing and our policy council needs a strong executive body. In this context, we need a strategic and operational plan.

Regarding the cultural content of the 8th integrated celebration, he said: We need the help of the cultural student deputy for the cultural programs and also the observance of some events by the students in order to organize this celebration in a good order.

At the end, Dr. Akhwan also honored the memory of Professor Bahadri and said: "Before any words, I congratulate Dr. Getmiri on the worthy election to the position of head of the office, because he was with Professor Bahadri from the beginning of the establishment of this office and has studied under him and The goals of this office are known more than others.

He continued: In my opinion, the strategic plans of the office should be updated and continued. In this regard, we need to formulate a three-to-five-year plan in which we specify the general goals and determine how much of this plan we will achieve in the annual plans.

At the end of his speech, Dr. Akhwan stated: In this program, we should specify what plans we have to attract graduates in these five years, and also hold a meeting with the representatives of the faculties and inform them about the plans of the office, and use their participation to write operational plans. We should also have evaluation and monitoring sessions to achieve our goals in the best way.
