Visiting executive committee from holding place of integrated celebration
TUMSAO: 3rd integrated celebration executive committee visited Tehran University Lawn.
TUMSAO: Tuesday Morning, 6th May responsible of 3rd integrated celebration, visited Tehran University lawn. In this meeting Dr Bahadori chancellor of alumni office, Dr Sayed Ahmadian Secretary alumni office, Maryam Zahedi public manager of alumni office, responsible of alumni office in colleges and alumni office colleagues was established. Maryam Zahedi explained about celebration place and programs and Parking for alumni and VIP.
She added:’ at the time of gowns distribution in alumni office, invitation cards, pavilion place, catering chips, Guidance map and some instructions will be provided.’
At continuation, alumni office representatives visited physical education halls and explained incidental and main parts of ceremony.
Also At the end of this meeting was appointed to hold another meeting in 12th May in Contact with alumni office.
