 TUMSAO News: This ceremony was held with playing music, reading national anthem and lyrics with prof. ashjaee sub-proficiency of children-surgery.

      1^st festival of professor value was held with introducing top professors in educational and research groups in Avicenna hall of medical school in 2^nd MAY.

      At following this ceremony, Dr. Nafisi head of medical school after welcoming to audience and said:’ prominent professors of University has spent their life through education of elite youth’.

      Head of medical school added:’ this ceremony is held in medical school for the first time this year with volunteer professors and students’.

      He also added:’ medical school has more than 1100 faculty and 2400 medical students and has more than 3000 students of sub-specialty’.

      Head of medical school continued:’ some faculties who have been in board of directors in medical school have been removed from list of top professors because they have executive responsibility’.

      At the end of his speech expressed:’ this ceremony is 1^st festival of ‘professor value’ and definitely has some flaws and I hope to hold this ceremony better and better in future years’.

      In General educational medicine Dr. Ahmadi in General Surgery, Dr. sherafati in cardiovascular surgery, in specialty and sub-specialty Dr. amini in psychology Dr. balighi in leprosy and some other medicines were selected and were appreciated.
